The sky turned black. The ground shook. The earth itself reflected the magnitude of our Lord’s suffering and death. May we also marvel at the powerful feat that Christ accomplished on the cross.
Hebrews 4:14-16
The Resurrection
The surprise of Easter is not that Christ’s tomb was empty but that his grave did indeed contain something.
That something was a promise fulfilled: Life has broken through death! Alleluia!
